Tonight I am going to tell you one of the most surprising things Jesus ever did. He was at a special dinner with all His friends. And instead of sitting at the most important seat — He got up, took a basin and a towel, and He washed everyone's feet.

- •Think of a leader you genuinely admire — in your family, your community, anywhere. What is it about them that makes them a good leader? Is it their power, or how they serve?
- •What is John saying by noting in verse 3 that Jesus knew all things and then immediately showing Him washing feet? What does true power do?
- •What would genuinely servant-led leadership look like in your specific context — in your youth group, your school, your community? Not performance of humility, but actual service.
